We are currently seeking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team in East London, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases

Providing product information and answering customer queries

Driving sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions

Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Restocking shelves and ensuring that products are well-presented

Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking

Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
