We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and promoting our products to customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection and purchases

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Prior experience in retail sales is a plus but not required
