We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support our growth through effective promotional strategies that enhance visibility, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Position Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives. This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition to international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze products, services, and market trends to identify effective promotional angles and marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and launch marketing campaigns targeting local and global audiences.
• Create and distribute compelling content for websites, social platforms, email campaigns, and printed materials.
• Support the development of promotional tools such as catalogs, flyers, presentations, and trade show displays.
• Maintain and grow the company’s presence across digital platforms, including responding to customer feedback and fostering online engagement.
• Track campaign performance through key metrics and provide detailed reporting to assess success and guide future strategies.
• Coordinate with media outlets, partners, and event organizers to ensure cohesive branding and outreach.
• Assist in managing public relations efforts, including press releases, client communications, and media engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 7 months of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a fast-paced or global environment.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as email platforms, CRM systems, and social media schedulers.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of international trade or experience working in cross-cultural settings is an asset.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
