Requirements:
College graduate of IT or any related course
• 5 or 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:
• Work with development teams and project leadership to define and refine scope
• Partner with the development team to drive the successful implementation of designs and to resolve
implementation issues.
• Collaborate with business architects / product management in user story definition focused on user goals and
tasks.
• Design and iterate innovative user interfaces and interactions, which result in improved user productivity and
experience.
• Develop, produce, and iterate wireframes, user flows, information architecture diagrams, and prototypes for
both web and mobile experiences
• Participate in the creation of interaction design specification documents including conceptual models, user flow
diagrams, wireframes, page schematics, and prototypes for use by a wide range of audiences.
• Maintain familiarity with user experience design trends and best practices
• Develop, apply and maintain search and semantics strategies across products.
• Develop, apply and maintain taxonomies and labels across products.
• Develop, apply and maintain governance for software content and adherence to UI/UX standards.
• Develop user personas along with goals and objectives to support user efficiencies.
• Contribute to the on time delivery of products with a consistent, user-driven design
