Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and achieve Target Sales for All stores
* Sales Target planning and strategy
* Preparation Business Review
* Sell out monitoring.
2. Train and supervise Retail Team
* Management and training of Retail sales team
* Scheduling and coaching
3. Inventory Khamenei
* Daily Monitoring of inventory (WOS)
4. Cash and Credit Management (CMs)
* Audit: Cash, Inventory, Operations Procedure
* Crisis Management : Customer complaints, Product issues, warranties, Governmental
Requirements, etc
* Dealing with Bank queries for Credit card agreement
5. Retail Marketing & RIS
* Supervision of Store Marketing Programs and collateralized, POPs, etc
* CRM Customer Relations Marketing
* Monitor Display/Visibility in stores.
* Disseminate and monitor Marketing Promotions
* Communication and Coordination with stakeholders: Mall Admin, SEPCO, MD,
Logistics, National & Local Government, etc
* Implementing memo’s in store
6. Other orders that may be issued from time to time, if warranted.
Note: Atleast 5 years experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical
