Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
With at least 5 to 8 years of related work experience in accounting or financial
analysis.
Preferably a Certified Public Account and with experience in preparing
financial statements.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation, BIR compliance and audit processes.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, financial systems and accounting
softwares such as QuickBooks and SAP.
Familiarity with government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), payroll
processing, and statutory compliance.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports.
Support the development of financial statements in compliance with local
accounting standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and ensure proper
classification of all financial transactions.
Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating department inputs and
ensuring accuracy.
Track actual performance against budget and report variances to
management.
Oversee timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances or discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and regulatory
requirements.
Prepare and file tax returns and other government-required submissions.
Support the Finance Manager in mentoring and training the finance officer
and finance specialists.
