Location: New Brunswick, NJ (4 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $Market/Hour

NOTE: The client will only consider candidates who are local to the NY/NJ area. Relocation candidates and non-local profiles will not be accepted.

Summary: Seeking a highly experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 15+ years of overall IT experience and 8 10+ years of hands-on SAP Security expertise across ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in GRC Access Control, including SoD analysis, mitigation, and remediation. Experience with SAP IAG, IAS/IPS integrations, SAP BTP security, and Fiori role design is strongly preferred. Exposure to enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Pathlock is an added advantage.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to lead and deliver security solutions for complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. This role demands a combination of deep technical SAP Security expertise, cross-system integration experience, and hands-on knowledge of IAM and Access Governance tools (SAP and non-SAP). You will be working on enterprise-scale programs for multi-billion-dollar organizations, designing, implementing, and governing security frameworks that span SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years in SAP Security across ECC, S/4HANA, and multi-system landscapes.
• Proven leadership in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for global enterprises.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o SAP GRC Access Control configuration and SoD remediation.
o SAP IAG, IAS, IPS integrations.
o SAP BTP security models and integration architecture.
o SAP Fiori security design.
o Non-SAP IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Pathlock, etc.).
• Knowledge of ERP security compliance frameworks (SoX, GxP).
• Ability to create end-to-end security architecture diagrams and integration designs.
• Experience with API-based security provisioning between SAP and external SaaS tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
