Healthy Kids Programs is looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time Childcare Assistants for our Before and After School program for the 2025-2026 school year.

JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt
LOCATIONS: RJ McNulty Academy in Amsterdam, NY
PAY: $16.00 per hour
HOURS: 7:00 - 8:30 am and 2:45 - 5:00 pm

JOB CONSISTS OF:

Assist in leading hands-on activities using our Healthy Kids Curriculum, from fitness and STEAM to academic exploration, creative arts, and more! Plus, lend a hand with homework.
Build a safe, healthy, and extra-fun environment where kids can succeed, and be a positive role model they admire every day.
Stay in touch with parents and families through the Playground App, sharing meaningful moments and important updates.
Remain informed and compliant by following OCFS guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school rules like a pro!

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:

You're 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
While having 1 year of experience working with kiddos under 13 is awesome, it's not a must-have. We believe in potential and passion!
You've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB.
You’re warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills are your jam, whether it's with kiddos, parents, or fellow team members. Plus, you're professional, reliable, and always prompt.
You're ready to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and basically do whatever it takes to keep up with kids!
