Now Hiring: Energetic Sibling Respite Provider
We’re looking for a kind, patient, and laid-back respite provider to help with two sibling boys on weekends. The boys are high-energy, fun-loving, and full of personality! We’re seeking someone with good energy and a calm, understanding approach. This meaningful role focuses on one-on-one care that emphasizes emotional regulation, safety supervision, and structured support within a consistent, nurturing environment.
Location: Green Bay
Schedule: Flexible Weekends Schedule to be confirmed with parent in advance (Up to 5Hr/Week)
Compensation: $17.70/Hour
Responsibilities
• Engage the children in fun activities such as crafts, reading, homework help, and creative projects/activities.
• Provide 1:1 safety supervision and support
• Support the children’s independence and emotional regulation in a calm, structured way.
About the Kids
• Both: love dinosaurs, cars, farm things, and snacks your typical curious boys!
• Child A: enjoys reading and can be a bit of a big thinker.
• Child B: is more of a tinkerer, loves STEM projects.
• Typical sibling dynamics some days they play great, some days they bicker.
• No major aggression, though sometimes there’s yelling during disagreements.
Ideal Provider
• Kind, patient, and able to go with the flow of the boys
• Comfortable handling high energy and sibling dynamics
• Reliable and safety-minded
• Comfortable working in a home with animals
Qualifications:
• Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
• Must be able to pass a caregiver/criminal background check
• Experience working with children is preferred
• Patient, fun, and loving attitude toward children
