Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and highly creative Social Media Manager to lead Tejoo Fashions’ digital presence. The role combines strategy, content direction, shoot management, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination. Ideal for someone who understands fashion aesthetics, trends, and fast-paced digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Plan monthly/weekly content, campaigns & posting strategy.
• Work with Ads & SEO manager on Meta Ads strategy.
• Maintain content calendar, research trends & monitor competitors.
• Optimize platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Content & Creative Direction
• Develop content concepts based on trends.
• Manage model & influencer sourcing.
• Plan shoots, arrange props/sets, and review creatives.
• Write captions & approve final posts, reels & stories.
Operations & Community Management
• Schedule posts, monitor comments/DMs & manage brand mentions.
• Track fake accounts, perform social listening & handle daily check-ins.
Shoot Management (In-house / Store / Third-party)
• Oversee shoot setup, styling, photographer coordination & model management.
• Visit locations, monitor remote shoots & approve final outputs.
Post-Production & Website Support
• Select photos/videos, coordinate retouching & maintain drive files.
• Update website banners, images, blogs & support daily SEO tasks.
Performance & Analytics
• Track engagement, growth, KPIs & campaign performance.
• Share insights for improvements and digital strategy alignment.
Who You Are
• 3-4 years in social media/digital marketing within fashion.
• Strong sense of styling, aesthetics & content trends.
• Skilled in shoot management, reels, storytelling & community engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication & coordination skills
• Must have contacts for Sourcing of Models and agencies
