**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Sales & Marketing Engineer** with a strong background in **industrial automation, PLC systems, and control panels**. The candidate will be responsible for **business development, client handling, technical sales support, and achieving sales targets**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in **industrial automation and control panels**
* Handle existing customers and build long-term relationships
* Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
* Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers and quotations
* Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical clarifications
* Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
* Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures
* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
* Maintain customer and sales data in CRM or internal records
* Visit customer sites and attend meetings as required

**Technical Skills Required**

* Good knowledge of **PLC systems, control panels, instrumentation, and automation solutions**
* Familiarity with PLC brands like **Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider** (preferred)
* Ability to understand basic electrical drawings and specifications
* Experience in technical or project-based sales

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts to customers clearly
* Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
* Good presentation and interpersonal skills
