Job Description
Food Preparation: Weighing, measuring, mixing ingredients, and cooking dishes (grilling, baking, frying, etc.) according to recipes and company standards.
Quality & Presentation: Ensuring ingredient freshness, correct portion sizes, proper food temperature, and attractive plating/garnishing.
Kitchen Operations: Organizing workstations, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and areas, and managing inventory/stock rotation.
Food Safety: Adhering to all health, safety, and HACCP regulations for food handling and storage.
Teamwork: Assisting other cooks and staff, and potentially handling opening/closing duties or inventory ordering.
