Guru Brothers Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Truck Drivers Rigid Vehicles to join its operations. This role involves the lawful and safe operation of rigid trucks and the responsible transport of fresh fruit and vegetables from collection through to delivery.
This position is suited only to drivers who take compliance, safety, and accountability seriously.

Annual Remuneration: $76,515 to $83,000 plus superannuation
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Accurately manoeuvre vehicles at loading docks, warehouses, and delivery sites to enable safe handling of freight
- Use vehicle-mounted and site equipment to load and unload goods in a controlled and safe manner
- Apply all workplace health, safety, and road law requirements during freight handling operations
- Perform routine pre-start and in-service inspections to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy
- Assess load mass and distribution to ensure compliance with legal limits and maintain vehicle stability
- Secure, restrain, and protect goods to prevent damage, movement, or loss during transport
- Review delivery documentation, verify the condition of goods, and obtain delivery confirmation
Applicants must meet all the following requirements. Failure to do so will result in the application not being considered.
- A minimum of 12 months of full time or equivalent part time proven experience operating rigid trucks under mass, fatigue, and load restraint requirements.
- Current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver licence. MR licence holders will not be considered.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of load restraint, mass management, and fatigue laws.
- Ability to provide a recent driving history record and referees who can confirm commercial driving experience.
- A disciplined and consistent approach to safety, compliance, paperwork, and vehicle care.
- Capacity to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and meet delivery obligations.
