Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails enquiries.
Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
Document all interactions in the system with accuracy and compliance.
Escalate complex cases through proper channel when required.
Meet service standards and KPIs (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction)
Acquire and maintain strong product knowledge through training.
Support cross-selling of relevant products.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in English and native language.
6-12 months of customer service experience.
Customer-oriented with a calm, professional and empathic approach.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking and analytical abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment with rotating shifts.
Proficient in computer navigation and typing.
