Role Overview
We are selecting one Sales Manager to lead B2B client acquisition and account growth for our AI/ML services. Priority will be given to candidates based in the UK and/or Europe; however, exceptional candidates from other locations will also be considered.
This is a commission-only role, offering above-market commission rates, designed for an experienced sales professional who wants to scale with a growing AI consultancy rather than operate in a short-term sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify B2B decision-makers across multiple sectors
Conduct high-quality client-facing calls, video meetings, and phone discussions
Present AI/ML services in a clear, commercial, outcome-driven manner
Manage the full sales lifecycle from first contact to signed contract
Work closely with founders and technical teams to shape client proposals
Actively manage pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM reporting
Skills Required
B2B Consultative Sales Ability to sell high-value services or solutions to business clients.
Client Communication & Relationship Management Excellent client-facing presence and professional phone manner.
Negotiation & Deal Closing Strong commercial awareness and contract-closing capability.
Pipeline & CRM Management Structured management of leads, opportunities, and reporting.
Autonomy & Performance Focus Self-driven and results-oriented in a commission-based environment.
Essential Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience (consulting, technology, or professional services)
Perfect command of spoken and written English
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Ability to operate independently in a performance-based model
