Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to contribute to the delivery of marketing initiatives across digital channels. The role supports brand positioning, product promotion and customer engagement by assisting with campaign execution, content coordination and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
-Support the execution of marketing activities across digital and e-commerce platforms
-Create, schedule and maintain marketing content for social media and online channels
-Assist with promotional planning for new product releases and collections
-Track marketing performance and compile insights on customer engagement and conversion
-Liaise with internal teams and external creatives to coordinate marketing materials
-Maintain accurate marketing records and campaign documentation
-Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer-facing content

Required Skills and Experience
-Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
-Strong written and organisational skills
-Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
-Ability to interpret basic marketing data and performance metrics
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Desirable Skills
-Experience within fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands
-Knowledge of content planning, paid advertising or email marketing tools

Qualifications
-A qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is desirable but not essential if supported by relevant experience
