We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Executive Assistant to support senior management with daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who already have relevant working experience and are flexible to travel when business needs arise.
The successful candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and executive support to senior management
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Coordinate internal and external communications
Assist with document management and confidential information handling
Support executives during business trips when required
Perform ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Junior EA, or Administrative Assistant is required
Willingness and availability to travel when job duties require
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
