Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns via phone or digital channels
• Provide accurate information and professional support based on company guidelines
• Document customer interactions clearly and correctly
• Follow call flows, scripts, and quality standards taught during training
• Work collaboratively with teammates and team leaders
• Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback

No experience required full training will be provided.
