Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns via phone or digital platforms
• Provide accurate and professional information based on training and guidelines
• Document customer interactions properly in company systems
• Follow quality standards, call flows, and processes taught during training
• Work closely with team leaders and teammates to achieve performance goals
• Participate in coaching sessions to continuously improve skills
