Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone or digital channels
• Provide accurate and professional support following company guidelines
• Document customer interactions properly in internal systems
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
• Participate in coaching and skills development sessions
• Work closely with teammates and team leaders to achieve team goals
