Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone or digital channels
• Provide accurate and professional support based on training and company guidelines
• Properly document customer interactions in internal systems
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
• Participate in coaching sessions and continuous skills development
• Work closely with teammates and team leaders to achieve performance goals
No call center experience required full training is provided.
