Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone or digital platforms
• Provide accurate and professional customer support based on training and guidelines
• Properly document customer interactions in internal systems
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
• Participate in coaching sessions and continuous skills development
• Work collaboratively with teammates and team leaders to achieve team goals

No call center experience required full training is provided.
