Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone or digital channels
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns professionally
Document customer interactions using internal systems
Meet quality and productivity standards set by the account

Basic Qualifications
Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
College Graduate / Undergraduate welcome
With or without BPO experience
Basic English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
