Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or voice depending on account assignment
Provide accurate resolutions and excellent customer experience
Navigate multiple systems to document interactions efficiently
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Basic Qualifications
At least 6 months International BPO experience (required)
Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
College Graduate or Undergraduate welcome
Strong English communication and comprehension skills
Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
