Exciting franchise brand in the popular pizza segment is looking for a General Manager for locations in DC or Northern Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level General Manager or someone at the AGM level ready to run their own operation.
This is a relatively simple operation however does feature fresh, chef driven, creative offerings.
The ideal General Manager will have some related experience in the restaurant fast casual or counter service segment.
$1M annual revenue.
The GM will manage daily operations, provide direction and support to the team including shift supervisors as well as understand P&L, sales building and cost control.
There is the opportunity to grow into a potential multi-unit role as the franchise grows.
$45K base with discussion on future bonus determined by meeting established metrics.
