Area General Manager Equity position

This is a very rare opportunity to join a franchise principle as an equity operations partner.
The ideal candidate will have a very solid restaurant operations background at the General Manager level, ideally in the fast casual/counter or possible QSR segment.
Multi- unit responsibility is not a requirement but could be considered a plus, 1-3 location oversight would be ideal.
General Managers looking to advance into a multi-unit role with an equity stake are invited to apply.
This is a salaried role with equity stake and will partner with the franchise principle. The franchise is a nationwide brand, high growth in the Richmond and surrounding markets.
