Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to the production plan.

Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.

Monitor output, cycle times, material usage, and overall performance.

Oversee mold/die changeovers and ensure proper setup.

Adjust machine parameters to improve quality and efficiency.

Assign tasks to operators/technicians and resolve minor machine issues.

Ensure product quality and correct raw material usage.

Prepare daily reports on production, downtime, waste, and manpower.

Required Experience:

3 5 years experience in plastics, packaging, or pipe manufacturing (mandatory).

Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (thermoforming).

Ability to read technical drawings and documents.

Experience with Battenfeld & Amut extruders.

Knowledge of PVC, CPVC, PPR materials; sizes from inch to 8 inches.

Qualifications:

Technical Diploma in Plastic Technology or related field.
