Hours Per week: 38

Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and contributing to the flow of accurate sales and logistics information throughout the business (such as sales orders, invoicing details, and dispatching of goods requirements).
• Utilising sales and logistics systems and data reporting tools such as TimberSmart, Power BI, D365 and Microsoft Office Suite to analyse and provide insights to support decision-making and ensure data integrity is maintained to required standards.
• Leveraging timber data analytics to develop and recommend practical/fit for purpose improvements to sales and logistics operational processes and workflow intergrations to enhance efficiencies across immediate work area as relevant.
• Ensure data is accurately recorded in current information systems, maintaining the integrity of the data to the required standards
• Escalating and/or resolving any logistical issues and report outcomes as appropriate
• Monitoring key logistics activities, including invoicing, electronic billing and logistical tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assisting in the implementation of approved process changes to ensure smooth transition and compliance with new systems or procedures.
• Contribute to high quality customer service, communicating appropriately with customers and internal stakeholders about process requirements or any new changes.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures within the scope of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Tertiary or Post Graduate qualifications in business information systems or similar
• Experience in the Timber Industry is highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience with financial or IT systems analysis, modelling and integrations
• Highly developed problem solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
• Experience with internal and external customer and stakeholder communications
• High level of computer literacy and use of relevant systems and reporting tools including but not limited to TimberSmart, D365, Microsoft Office suite, and Power BI
