About Us:
Swift Briting Solutions Ltd is a growing distribution company supplying a wide range of products to Amazon, independent retailers, convenience stores and local shops across the UK. We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end movement of goods and maintain an efficient, reliable supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full logistics process, from supplier coordination to storage, dispatch, and delivery.
-Oversee inventory management, stock forecasting and warehouse organisation.
-Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to Amazon fulfilment centres, local shops, and other partners.
-Monitor and optimise shipping routes, costs and delivery schedules.
-Maintain relationships with couriers, transport partners and suppliers.
-Ensure all operations comply with Amazon standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations.
-Prepare logistics reports and identify areas for operational improvement.
-Lead and support warehouse or logistics staff where applicable.

Requirements:
-1 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution or supply-chain management.
-Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
-Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or FBA is an advantage.
-Excellent organisational, problem-solving and planning skills.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
