About Us:
Pronto Pizza W14 Ltd is a growing pizza brand committed to delivering excellent quality, efficient service and a consistent customer experience across all locations. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can oversee daily operations, support growth, and ensure high standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day operations across the company’s sites.
-Ensure consistent adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
-Manage stock levels, inventory processes, and supplier relationships.
-Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
-Lead and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
-Work with senior management to roll out operational strategies and brand standards.
-Prepare operational reports and analyse key performance metrics.

Requirements:
-1 2 years’ experience in operations management, ideally within hospitality, food service, or retail.
-Strong organisational and leadership skills.
-Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
-Ability to problem-solve and handle fast-paced environments.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
