About Us:
Potoba Ltd offers authentic Indian street food and is expanding through franchising, alongside a growing range of frozen and ready-to-eat products. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support franchise partners, and ensure smooth distribution of our product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the Edinburgh unit, ensuring high food quality and service standards.
-Support franchisees with onboarding, operational training, and compliance guidance.
-Manage supply chain and stock levels for both the outlet and product distribution.
-Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.
-Lead staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
-Coordinate with production teams for frozen and ready-to-eat product inventory, logistics, and delivery timelines.
-Identify operational improvements and support business growth strategies.

Requirements:
-1 2 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within food service or FMCG.
-Strong leadership and organisational skills.
-Knowledge of food hygiene, safety regulations, and operational compliance.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
