Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment
Provide first-line support across the office for any hardware or software issues
Install and configure operating systems, software, and drivers
Manage and maintain internal data storage systems, including hard drives, backups, and cloud-based storage
Support company platforms including spreadsheets, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), and third-party software tools
Assist with online account setups and integrations across platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, file sharing, remote access)
Maintain inventory of tech equipment and perform regular system health checks
Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with PC/laptop hardware and operating system support (Windows primarily)
Strong knowledge of internal/external storage, data management, and basic networking
Familiar with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and business tools like CRM or ticketing systems
A quick thinker with strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and support a busy office environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
Bonus if you have:
Experience in cybersecurity or basic data protection principles
Familiarity with remote desktop setups or hybrid environments
Understanding of integrations between different platforms or APIs
