Job Description

The Role:

You are the face of our business and the driver of our growth. You will be responsible for converting high-quality inbound and outbound leads into successful, closed deals. This is a dynamic, client-facing role for an energetic, results-driven individual who excels at building rapport, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently hitting ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to manage your pipeline and leverage their support to close high-value jobs.

Responsibilities:

Attend assigned appointments, conducting professional in-home consultations.
Present and sell, deliver compelling sales talks that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products.
Achieve targets, consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales performance goals and KPIs.
Customer Excellence, ensure an outstanding raport with customers from the initial appointment through to the final installation - maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction.
Collaboration, work with the sales manager to strategise on complex deals and participate in regular training and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving License and a vehicle
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar sales role (ideally in home improvements or B2C)
Understanding of the full sales cycle, especially high-ticket home improvement sales
Clear communicator with excellent people skills
Energetic, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
Availability on a flexible schedule
