Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in their daily activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, correspondence, and other administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and efficient use of time.
2. Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
3. Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation for the CEO and other executives, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
4. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, preparing necessary materials and presentations.
5. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
6. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems, ensuring minimal disruption to the CEO's schedule.
8. Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
