Job Description
• Minimum of Bsc. Food science,food tech,operations management, business administration
• Minimum of 1 year in production or operational management.
• Oversee daily production operations: Ensure production lines run efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate staff: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team development.
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance: Enforce HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the process.
• Monitor equipment and workflow: Identify issues, minimize downtime, and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Track production metrics: Record output, wastage, and performance data to meet targets and improve efficiency.
• Implement operational improvements: Optimize processes, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation: Ensure accurate completion of production reports, logs, and compliance records.
• Promote workplace safety: Enforce safety procedures and lead safety training and audits.
