Role: Field Sales Manager
Location: Lagos /with some remote working Abuja /with some remote working Portharcourt with some remote working.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Be the voice of the company by managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
2. Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet revenue targets
3. Lead and coach the sales team to improve performance and productivity
4. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with operations and customer service.
6. Identify untapped local markets and develop tailored strategies to penetrate them.
7. Build brand awareness in areas with limited exposure through local events, partnerships, and word-of-mouth campaigns.
8. Conduct field visits to understand customer behavior, competitor presence, and distribution challenges.
9. Collaborate with local influencers, community leaders, or cooperatives to drive adoption and credibility.
10. Thrive in a Fast-Paced Role, contribute to the overall performance of your team by coaching on sales techniques as a team player.
We need you to have:
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in business, Marketing, or related field
Proven 5 years or more in sales leadership, preferably in financial services or fintech
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Demonstratable organisational skills and attention to detail.
Impeccable communication with experience of making in the moment decisions within a FinTech environment.
Data-driven decision-making mindset and strategic thinking Familiarity with mobile-based financial services and asset financing models
Passion for empowering underserved communities through financial inclusion
Experience of using Microsoft office applications.
