Requirements:
Minimum of OND and above.
Basic food preparation skills such as washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients.
Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physical stamina by standing for long periods, and lifting light items.
Time management to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including work surfaces, floors, and equipment.
Wash dishes and utensils using manual or automated methods.
Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
Support chefs during busy periods with simple cooking tasks.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
