Key Responsibilities:

Stand along a moving conveyor belt and manually pick, sort, or remove materials based on type or quality
Identify and remove contaminated or non-conforming items
Ensure proper sorting to meet production or recycling standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Report mechanical or material issues to supervisors as needed

Requirements:

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quick reflexes
Comfortable working in environments that may be dusty, noisy, or involve repetitive tasks
Previous experience in a similar role (manufacturing, recycling, mining) is a plus
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
Be willing to undergo criminal check-up
Pass pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
