Job Description

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project,ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
coordinating construction workers and other construction professionals and Coordinate subcontractors activities
selecting tools and materials
making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
checking and preparing site and maintaining quality control procedures
Evaluate daily operations and assessing and minimizing risk
Plan and organize daily operations and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
$35.00 to 40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
