Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and lead the sales team, providing training, motivation, and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Canada and Mexico.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing objectives.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or marketing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Knowledge of the Canadian and Mexican real estate markets is a plus.
