Job Description

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Prepares, monitors staff timekeeping record/attendance, performance appraisal completions, tracks service incentive leaves accruals, usages and leaves of absence, employees separation documents.
Responsible for managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining personnel information. Maintains confidential departmental personnel and associated files, documents, and/or databases as regards to HR functions.
Assists with and coordinate investigations pertaining to issues of Employees’ misconduct and policy infractions, performance management grievance and related documentation.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Process mandated government benefits.
Process payroll of employees.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,000.00 per month

• Bacoor City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
