ACANCY: ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Role: To handle both Accounts and HR-related responsibilities
Location: Nandikoor, Padubidri
Experience: 4-5 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
• Day-to-day accounting operations
• GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors
• Vendor payments, bank reconciliation, MIS reports
HR:
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance, leave, and payroll management
• PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance
• HR documentation and employee grievance handling
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Understanding of HR operations and labour laws
• Good communication & MS Office proficiency
