Each studio is designed to provide clients with an elegant, personalized shopping experience supported by a strong in-store service culture and disciplined operational excellence.

 

*Position Overview:*

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering Dazzles’ signature customer experience. This role involves assisting clients throughout their shopping journey, maintaining store presentation, supporting billing and inventory processes, and ensuring that every customer leaves with satisfaction and confidence in their purchase.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Customer Service*: Welcome and guide customers through their shopping experience with warmth and professionalism.

* *Sales Support:* Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products based on style, occasion, and budget.

* *Product Knowledge*: Stay informed about ongoing collections, new arrivals, and promotional offers.

* *Trial Assistance*: Help customers during trials and fittings while maintaining brand etiquette and garment care.

* *Store Presentation*: Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and visual display standards of the studio.

* *Team Coordination:* Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets.

* *Billing & Records:* Support the billing process and assist in maintaining related records.

* *Inventory Handling:* Participate in product tagging, restocking, and stockroom organization activities.

 

*Key Requirements:*

Age: 18–30 years

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome; retail experience preferred)

 

*Skills:*

Good communication and grooming

Friendly and customer-focused approach

Team spirit and willingness to learn

Basic understanding of sales process and product handling
