Operations Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily business operations, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, enhance productivity, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and streamline daily operational activities across teams
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Analyze performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Manage manpower, capacity, and resource planning
Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards
Generate reports and insights for strategic decision-making 
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma/B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics
10-15 years of experience in mobile repair and refurbishment operations
Strong knowledge of parts sourcing and multi-brand service delivery
Proficiency in ERP systems, operations tools, and data analysis
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
