Qualification: MBA/MHA
Experience Minimum 10 to 15 years of Hospital experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle and resolve patient/customer complaints proactively. 
2. Improve customer care processes and service quality.
3. Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth operations.
4. Manage, train, and guide the team.
5. Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
6. Liaise with authorities and support business reviews.
7. Oversee VIP and corporate patient care and logistics.
8. Implement cost-control measures.
