Full Time Office Manager
Salary: $78,000 + 12% Super

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative and operational functions, supporting our dynamic production and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all office administration, systems, and records to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting in collaboration with our finance team.
• Coordinate HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and company policies.
• Support inventory management, supplier coordination, and purchasing documentation.
• Manage office communications, scheduling, and correspondence for management and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and assist in process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and service providers.
• Assist in planning and executing company meetings, training sessions, and internal events.

About You
• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within hospitality, food production, or retail.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting or payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification:
Bachelor is mandatory
Further studies in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
