About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee performance reviews and career development programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with Australian labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain HR records, manage payroll coordination, and leave administration.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Advise management on organizational structure and workforce planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 5 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
