Media Payables Assistant Global Media Agency (DDS / Media Explorer)

A leading global media agency is looking for an experienced Media Payables Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on ownership of the payables process, work with major media systems (DDS or Media Explorer), and progress within a dynamic finance department.

The Opportunity

Take full ownership of the media payables process from start to finish

Manage and maintain purchase orders (POs) and invoice workflows

Support, manage, and train team members in DDS / Media Explorer systems

Collaborate with the wider finance and media teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Gain exposure to accounts receivable as your role develops

Report directly into the Head of Finance, with clear routes for career growth

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a media payables or similar finance role

Working knowledge of DDS or Media Explorer (essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence liaising with internal teams and external partners at all levels

Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop in a global media environment
