Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong design process and hands-on experience in building user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in understanding product goals, translating them into intuitive design flows, and collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

This role demands both creativity and technical skill someone who can balance design systems, accessibility, and conversion-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process: from research, user flow, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity UI.
Create pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
Develop and manage design systems, ensuring scalability and brand consistency across all products.
Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure accurate design implementation using HTML, CSS, and design tokens.
Work with product and marketing teams to align design goals with user journeys and conversion funnels.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on analytics and feedback.
Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles are met across all designs.
Stay up-to-date with UI frameworks, motion design, and prototyping trends.

Technical Requirements

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile apps.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and After Effects (for motion or micro-interactions).
Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user psychology.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, basic React or Angular) for seamless dev handoff.
Experience creating and managing component libraries and design systems.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel for UX optimization.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with B2B or SaaS product interfaces is a plus.
