Job Title: Online Sales Advisor (Onsite)

Salary Range: 250,000 300,000 Monthly(Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:

My Company is seeking a motivated Online Sales Advisor to handle customer inquiries, promote products, and drive sales through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a strong understanding of online customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

Convert online inquiries into successful sales and maintain strong follow-up communication.

Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Maintain detailed records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.

Support online marketing campaigns and assist in executing promotional activities.

Requirements:

OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2 3 years of experience in online or digital sales (experience in construction, heavy machinery, or equipment sales is an advantage).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.

Proficiency in using social media, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
